im in the us with vpn and laundering money out of stars costs a lot of time

Call your congressman. Seriously. All the technical workarounds in the world will not stop the US government from breaking its own laws to prosecute, imprison and kill people who do stuff they don't like. When you decide to turn your country back into a democracy you won't have this problem anymore. But I have zero sympathy for americans who whine and bitch about not being able to do shit that their own supposedly "elected" government stops them from doing.

omg this would be awesome if somebody made a service to cheaply exchange PS for bitcoin.  im in the us with vpn and laundering money out of stars costs a lot of time and fees and is basically just a huge pain in the ass

I expect whoever set such a thing up would pretty quickly get their pokerstars account suspended.  If I start sending and receiving lots of pokerstars dollars through my account it's not going to take long before they notice the unusual activity.

A Bitcoin option in the PS cashier would be fantastic.

I actually thought I read a few days ago (random poster nothing official or anything) that PS was working on this (on a poker forum).  I went back to look for the post and can't find it so maybe I was dreaming? LOL

I think the entire FTP fiasco shed a ton of light for the public on just how costly and difficult payment processing is for online poker sites (sports book and casino as well LDO).  I can just imagine the payment processing dept would salivate over all the benefits that bitcoins provide (and I would be surprised if they hadn't already discussed it in depth).  Hell it takes care a bunch of the biggest problems they have with payment processing.

I think it would be a smart move on their part to have a bitcoin option in the cashier (and I would use it) but I cant imagine it would ever eliminate the other deposit and cash out methods.

I would like to be able to exhange pokerstars chips for bitcoins.

I would like to sell my pokerstars chips for Bitcoins.  If you want to buy them, send me a PM.  I have about USD 200 to sell.

How often do you play at the pokerstars?

Approximately never.  I used to play freerolls there before I found Bitcoin, betco.in, sealwithclubs.  The $200 is what I built up from freeroll wins.

Here are my PTR stats:

Nice idea!

I'd also be interested (as long as the fees are reasonable).
