As the title says, how does one use bitsig.website to create a signature campaign?

I guess he was asking people to contact him if they want their signature campaign to be listed in bitsig.website and want to use that bot.
Juts contact him and he will be able to serve you better, though I think he might charge you, No idea though.
I don't really need to create anything, I was just curious because the site itself has no info.
