i need a altcoin based on litecoin, with a simple but good looking website, already compiled windows and android wallet and a web wallet, block explorer (web-based) and a mining node app for any modern linux and win version. who can provide me that and what will it cost? what will be the timeframe for developing all that? i need it turnkey and bugfree.
Wherefore do it? Just for the sake of the experiment?

I think it depends with the ides and technology behind the coin. Some coins don't have anything to offer and they just seem to be just another coin, so such a coin will cost less. It's about how far do you want to see the coin go or change the game.

if your zero skill,  have'n anything skill maybe you must is early money one bitcoin
not include server linux ubuntu domain can get your coin
and you must extra money to promote
if you are looking for mobility and security,I  recommend the simply-titled Bitcoin Wallet mobile app. There is a version for both Android and BlackBerry OS. It is a software wallet, so you retain complete control over your bitcoins. It also works well with QR codes and NFC, making transferring coins to someone else’s phone easier than writing a check. Be sure to backup your wallet (with the included “Backup Wallet” feature) or you risk losing all your coins the next time you get too close to a pool.

Don't forget about the true cost of getting your altcoin to develop and stay alive! Calculated in time and money.

The costs mentioned here seem to be start-up costs (even the promotion) but you'd like for the development team to remain with the project for a proper duration, or at least have good transitional periods for development take-overs.

More importantly to me, you want the community involved to be a lot more interested in the coin's idea rather than its profitability and that will be a lot harder to determine (I suspect profiteers will actually cost more to bring on board!). Which is why your new altcoin should fill a need or serve an unmet need.

The best coin creation service!
According to my knowledge and Information I have about development and designing of an Alternative Cryptocurrency. you need at least 2 to 4 BTC to create an altcoin with all it's necessary needs,. like, exploror, mining pool, desktop wallet, etc.
It doesn't matter if you don't know any knowledge or experience yourself, you just need to hire a developer and he'll do everything for you...
but for other things, like promoting your coin in market, getting exchange, and lots of more thing you need to invest more and more if you are serious than..

(Don't forget to use escrow)

Not really, our team charges only 0.17 BTC for a basic altcoin. Some people charge this price for only compiling Cheesy We divided our services into packages to help customers make the best choice, check out our thread here:  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/new-coin-creation-sir-daniels-altcoin-service-1667884

Where is my ring of blades...
you have to have some skills yourself to become the developer of your idea yourself. paying others to fork some other project and then change it slightly or even implement your one idea is never going to work out for you.

if you only have an idea and want to see that why not explain the idea to other devs and if it is indeed good, they will implement it the proper way.

I know there are services that charge for this, I was wondering how much does it cost exactly (in US programmer time, let's say) to create an altcoin, mobile wallets and a chain explorer. My interest would be in creating the software or having someone fork whatever is closest to my idea, i.e. to create a blockchain based on a smartphone's sensor data (GPS data, for instance).

How much do you think that would cost, from day one to having everything? Ballpark figure, obviously.

Thanks!
