I agree with you. It is better to bypass this exchang. Even EthDelta works better and faster than IDEX.
I think idex team is quite active in their telegram channel, you can simply go there and tell them the problem and they will definitely listen to you and solve the issue, i have seen them listing new coins on the request of community members in telegram channel.
What is your opinion about IDEX?
