Of Course NO! And all new investors may buy this coin for a very cheap price on the exchanges right now.

No second POW phase, just update wallets on exchange and go on with developing and supporting the coin like first dev should have done.
New POW might bring some new investors, but any bagholder will flee as it will dilute even further the value of the coin.
Just leave it like that and try to make it worth of people's interest again

I think with PoW we can relaunch good the coin. Some user thing that this will reduce the value of the coin, that is already cheap.
