I would Love it get it graded but probably wont be back in Florida till next year and cant imagine sending in something Worth 80k through the mail. SimpleThings, done.

I don't think its done. User 'ibmike' has not chosen to allow messages from newbies. You should post in their relevant thread to remind them to enable this setting.
I switched it again, see if it says.

Some places will allow you to come in person and send back via special carrier though that costs $500

Thank You. Any idea of Value? Be a shame to redeem it even with the flaw, feel it should be be worth more than face value.

It would be sweet if you still got this graded through PCGS- I imagine that it would still grade pretty decent even dispite this gouge as the coin still has great luster and eye appeal it seems even though I see a tiny amount of toning and some really small milk spots. The back is also in great condition and the holo appears to be placed on very well and centered and little to no damage. You could perhaps have it sold in auction with someone's help and just place a reserve price on it that would seem reasonable I guess. As far as the value you could get for something like that its hard to say.

It might not receive a traditional grade due to the gouge on the front. They would slab it with a "UNC" grade of 95
I had this happen to one of the Casascius 10 btc redeemed coins I had sent in for the winner of that auction
Can see here: https://www.pcgs.com/grades  and then click the right tab of "No Grades"

They are not all created equal by a long shot, so careful. Air-tites.com tried and true. Even the New Zealand Post let me down big time recently w their capsule, Lord of the Rings coin I’ve had in climate control for at least a decade toned on me I just recently noticed. Have had worse however.

I don’t think anyone will be able to tell you that based on one really terrible pic. The premium would be much lower on this one, I imagine, given the way it has been stored and the gouge (which I’ve never even seen on a silver Casascius). Also, premiums fluctuate a lot based on the market and price of Bitcoin.

Yes the one in the Square. One in the circle is not there, only in the.
picture. Its sealed in that plastic i do not have anything else to put it in probably be a bad idea to remove it. Its perfect besides the ding.

The soft plastic flips as shown are PVC which is not ideal for the coin.  The stiff plastic flips are mylar which are far better and even better is an airtite capsule.

Can you clarify what kind of defect it is?
Is it some kind of dirt/debris or more of a ding/scratch in the coin itself?

And is there a milk spot on the larger B ?

I would highly recommend you remove it from that soft plastic pouch and placed into a proper capsule or at least a harder-plastic flip that would be used for grading

Both circled in red:
