Yes you can, it's pretty common.

Just because you can doesn't mean it's allowed. You can get reported by another member or the admin can see it and delete your post.

To the OP, don't break rules just because "maybe you won't get caught".

Put your referral link in your signature, and then make good posts.

reff is considered spam and if it is considrered spam your account can be banned

No. It means ref. links are considered as spam (no matter how much additional text you wrap around). Only place for reflinks is your signature.
