House edge always refers to the margin, the margin being the difference between what your wins should be and your losses.

50.5-49.5 = 1% house edge, so the 2nd one! :>

Would 1% House Advantage be calulated ratio-wise as:

> .49[me] v. .51[house]

-or-

> .495[me] v. .505[house]
