Outside of exchanges blockchain.info is probably the most popular of all wallets. As for exchanges their transactions are off-chain so we can't tell the exact numbers. But we know from what happened with Gox that most people keep their bitcoins in an exchange all the time.

Hello,

Some numbers on blockchain.info are confusing:

Number of daily transactions: 60.000-65.000
excluding popular addresses: ~55.000

Thats just a little bit confusing, cause the difference between this numbers has been much higher in the last year. Maybe that means that the overall economy of bitcoin has decentralized.

But now the confusing part:

Number of unique addresses used:
around 150.000.

This number rises more than the other. Obviously more than 2 addresses are involved in every transaction regarding change etc. But compared to Nov 2013 it's strange - number of addresses was only 70.000. Does this mean that not only the most popular addresses have shrunk in activity but also that less addresses are used often in one day?

And now the most confusing part:

MyWallet number of transactions: 20-30.000.

The online-Wallet from blockchain.info processes by this number nearly the halve of all daily bitcoin-transactions?? Sorry, it's hard to believe that. There are so many wallet, both for the hdd and online, that this is not plausible.

Does anybody know if the overall numbers-of-daily-transactions from blockchain.info are correct? I looked to other sources, but i don't know if the (bitinfocharts e. G.) take the numbers of blockchain.info or look for own numbers.
