CEX.io and Paymium both sell Bitcoin, and have a Visa/Mastercard option. I don't know about CEX.io if the site asks a phone member or something else, but Paymium doesn't ask anything, as long you don't reach the limit (of 1000$ I think). BitPanda is another site coming to my mind with Visa but as I have never used it, I don't know if you need to give a phone number or something else.
I have used Virwox multiple times in the past and I don't remember any phone verification? For PayPal, the best option would be to trade with individuals, I suggest using Paxful or the currency exchanges section in the forums. If you want something fast (fees are higher) then try PayBis.
I recently lost access to my coinbase account when I sold my old phone.
I'm looking for some website or method to buy bitcoin using credit card or paypal.
Virwox & coinbase are not an option for me.
Any alternatives that do not require a phone?
