I am just not 100% convinced that personal exchange of BTC will be huge deal for you. If you are willing to offer some preferral conditions this may be valid option. But if you are offering normal exchange rate it is not special at all.

If you won't find anyone to trade with in Trójmiasto, you can try https://eur.bitcurex.com/ (it's a Polish exchange).

Hi guys, i'm italian, but in dicember i will go to live in Poland, i have many btc (i do trading) and i want to know about main payment method between people. I will live in Gdynia so if someone in Tròjmiasto wants to meet with me to exchange btc with cash let me know. I will be from june 20th till end july in Poland
