Yes, you need a power supply for your miner. If you're feeling lazy Bitmain sells PSUs that work fine with their miners, you can also shave off a few bucks by buying server PDUs with breakout boards and attaching PCIE cables on yourself. Not that hard. Soldering is also an option if you want to skip the breakout board.

Bitmain has been okay with payment. They deliver but they are occasionally late and their approximation is semi-close. All batches state which month they will be shipped.

Ebit also sells their miners without power supplies, and again you need to supply your own. Same applies.

Ebit's trustworthy to my knowledge and they also deliver miners better than Bitmain's (but not in efficiency, Bitmain has terrible practices and sells used miners, bad customer service etc).

Also notice Ebit ships in October and Bitmain ships in November and only takes Shitcoin Cash. They used to take BTC but now they want to pump their useless coin.

Hello,

I'm about to order few machines, got some questions before I do.

This question is about BITMAIN.

Does this need an extra power supply? https://shop.bitmain.com/productDetail.htm?pid=000201709281019141777wvS8I1g068C

And if I pay BITMAIN full payment, exact amount. Are they trust worthy enough to deliver? If so how long? Like to know your guys experience.

Next question is about EBIT.

Does this need a extra power supply or is it included? http://miner.ebang.com.cn/en/product/product-89-151.html

If I pay EBIT payment in full and exact amount. Is EBIT trust worthy enough to deliver? If so how long? I would like to know your guys experience with EBIT.

Thanks.
