GPU : 5x r9 280x DUAL X ... downvolt to 1000mV (to start are 3x)
PSU : 2x ANTEC 650 Watt Earthwatts platinum 80 Plus Platinum
HD : 1 Kingston Technology SSD Kingston V300 SATA3 SV300S37A/60G
RAM : KINGSTON RAM DDR3 8GB/1600Mhz KINGSTON HyperX blu Black [2x4GB] CL9
SO : windows 8.1 oppure linux se necessario
UPS : Nilox Line Interactive 2100VA Server 17NXGCLI20002
CABLES : 6 riser usb 3.0 .. 1 meter (then will be 10)

Seasonic 1000w would be fine for 3 280x's + Sempron system undervolted. Don't underestimate though, i would expect you to easily tap that wattage out cause 280x's can get up above 250w in a hurry.
I will undervolt so i will not have any issue right ?If i will go up to 975W am i safe ?
Expanding your rig with 290s is simply the questions of 1) do you have the slots 2) do you have the power. 2 more 290s is adding another 600w to the system, so plan for that type of increase.
I read there was issues with this motherboard when use 4 or 5 gpu, how can i prevent ?
Regarding the power i will add another PSU.
As for powered USB risers, i always suggest powered for big cards like 280x's and 290s. Protect your investment. Be safe.
I bought 1X to 16X Powered PCI-E PCI Express Riser Card Extension USB 3.0 + SATA Cable
