All,
I am trying to get started mining bitcoins.  I have three 10.7ghs blades.  I am running bitcoind on Ubuntu Linux (console mode), and will running be stratum proxy.  I plan on solo mining, it's kinda like playing the lottery, I don't plan on earning anything, but it would be great if by some crazy chance I did.  I know I could earn some bitcoins by being in a pool, but a buck or two a month really doesn't make doing it worth anything to me.

I have bitcoind running and synced.  I have not quite figured out the proxy, and don't have a power supply for my blades yet.

My first question has to do with wallet addresses.  Bitcoind creates a wallet, but what is the address of that wallet?  How would I send a small amount to the wallet to verify that it is working?

Thanks all for the help.
