Lots of things with bounties aren't fair I'm sure, if you don't like the terms then join a different one.

In social media like Facebook and Twitter, and maybe most of other social sites. Your quality is your quantity, when you have more friends or follower your post will have more insight. And of course it is fair. Just like when they promote on ads publisher like AdWords, ICO will pay more when they got more insight.

In social media campaign, quantity is more important than quality. Assume an account of 10,000 twitter followers send retweet and if only 1% of the followers convert into sales, and another account of 100 twitter followers send retweet and 1% of its followers translate to sales, who do you think has brought the project more money?

I notice that in Social Media Campaign like FaceBook,Twitter, etc. If you have more thant 10K Followers/Friends your stakes will double is it fair? to other bounty participants for me its not. Since all the participants are promoting the same platform and the same social media sites I  believe that the good marketing practice is not in quantity but in quality to send the marketing message that embedded in it. unlike Bitcointalk rank this ranking system is earned through hardwork but in social media its different. it can be cheated! this is my personal opinion and not attacking Anyone Im just expressing my side about this double stake policy when you have a 10k followers/friends. in social media. any thought?

I agree with your point regarding cheating by increasing the number of followers or friends using different methods such as buying followers. This gives a disadvantage to honest bounty participants. However, bounty managers/ICO managers always try to reach the maximum audience to promote their ICOs. That's why they are encouraging people with large number of friends and followers to participate in their bounty programs by giving higher stakes. They have taken some steps such as asking for twitteraudit score in order to filter such cheaters. Personally I don't think that those steps are enough as cheaters are smart enough to bypass such filters.

It is the same as signature campaign, if you are higher rank you get paid more. I guess on facebook and twitter they are looking how many followers you have and how many people you can advertise to. It is standard if you are more popular that you get paid more.
