You said monday? We are wednesday i didnt get anything still wsiting for my refund its been 10 days this is ridiculous.

I do know of one customer support ticket with an issue processing a refund - and we've promised that customer it will be resolved by Monday.
Banks don't process refunds over the weekend and we are subject to the delays of the fiat payment systems we use, so we can't resolve this immediately as we'd like to.
QuickBT processes over 100 orders per day and has processed over $5M in small (less than $100) orders since 2013. We take our reputation very seriously.

This week it was the first time i used this service "QuickBt" a friend of mine use this service and he never had trouble with them. I send 79 CAD$ and didnt get anything , they took my money its been almost 7 days and the support tell me that they are going to refound me at i didnt get anything they stop sendind me emails about whats hapenning. Quick bt its a scam.
