If that doesn't work, create this same topic on your local board. No one would grant a BTC loan in USD because of the market volatility. If you are looking for a BTC loan, you have to specify the BTC amount. For example, you said you need 0.0036 BTC. Now, should pay around 0.0038 to 0.004 instead of saying in USD. I hope that make sense.
It depends on the agreement. Let us see if someone will accept it or not. But if he go through some loaners thread on lending board he will understand what you are saying. He could have added the option that he can also accept payment in stable coins like USDT.
