IMO, there is a still a slight chance the hackers can hack into your computer. You mentioned that you surf a few websites, if the websites are infected, you might be downloading some files when the websites are loading. As mentioned above, hardware wallet will be safer in this sense.

On a side note, please remember to set 2FA for your trading accounts.

You'll be safe, unless you open any suspicious documents or links(often sent to email address). if you're really concerned about your crypto safety, i suggest you use a hardware wallet and or install linux os. also install plugin that block scripts on firefox.

There is possibillity of course.

But the main method how hackers works - just sending fake urls or files to your email. For example fake myethaerwallet )))))
So it depends from your attention!

There are others hacking methods, but you need to be very popular guy (millionaire or criminal) to afraid others methods.

This my opinion!

I have a quick question..

I have another computer that I trade from, and this computer has NEVER downloaded any software other than like Firefox, and a few Steam games...

if I only go to a very small handful of sites, like Hotmail, and (other legit sites that pose no danger) do I have to worry about being hacked, and having my Bitcoin taken?

I also bookmark the legit Bitcoin trading sites to avoid Phissing scams..

But I imagine that hackers would need a point of entry via a trojan of some kind....

if I have no trojans, and I only visit a small handful of sites. should I even really be worried about being hacked?

Thanks!

- David
