Sorry, maybe I worded my question wrong due to frustration. I just need to get this sorted. Are there any tutorials on exporting priv keys to a new client? Is there anything that could potentially mess everything up while exporting and importing the keys?

Well that is different than what you asked.

Exporting key from one wallet to another wallet and spending coins there is fine and won't cause any problems.
Trying to spend coins from the same private keys in two different wallets is going to cause problems.

Ok, my problem is that I need to make some transactions but my bitcoin-qt is taking forever to sync. I need to transfer my private key/wallet safely to another local client so I can make the transactions I need too.

Is it possible you could help?

Hello,

If I export my private key out of Bitcoin-QT into Multibit will I still be able to spend bit coins in the wallet from Bitcoin-QT as well as Multbit?

That would be a very bad idea, and would result in the two wallets becoming out of sync with each other.

It would then probably result in double-spends and confusion about how much bitcoins you actually have.
