Actually, I don't think that the store you bought the games from has to do much with how your account is valued.
I'd suggest you to post in other forums such as http://www.steamtrades.com/forum for a more accurate appraisal.

Why would someone buy it from you when they can pay $50 extra (not much considering your asking for $250) and have their own account, with their own games?Plus, $300, you say? o.O most of the games you own aren't really all that popular, and you probably got them on sale or from the humble bundle. Lastly, you didn't play 43% of your games... why is that? Once again, I'm thinking some were from the humble bundle? :-/
Take it easy Mr. Aggressive. What would a fair price be do you think? Some of the games are humble bundle, but it calculates that in doesn't it?
Edit: Just looked down the price list and realized it clearly does not account for humble bundle games.
