Candoo had post on site two in the first groupbuy thread, that everybody who request the pay back in Bitcoin will get the pay back in Bitcoins.
But he delete this post. It can now be found in the web archive.

He don't want now pay back in Bitcoins. He want only pay back with a bank transaktion. But he wants from everybody who want use the pay back garantie the full name and the adress. Nobody gets a payback in the last time who want use the pay back garantie. Not in Bitcoins and not with the bank transaktion.

candoo write that he was threatened becouse this groupbuy. That one of the reasens becouse he give the leadership to a other member. Don't know what is real or fake.

How can we forget this beast from candoo in 2012, which has/had scam written all over it? It turned into a major hardcore begging thread. candoo would probably not be here if he was given money back then.

I sent a message to Bitlex. He is a german moderator and he don't answer but he was online.

I and some more Shareholders not agree to the changes. Nobody from the Shareholders was asked.

We have over 100 Shareholders and the most of them don't know about this new contract.

He want sell 25 new Bitcoins from a block reward for solo minning for 26 Bitcoins.

But the 25 Bitcoins are from the minning pool Eligius. He make the pay out limit to 25 Bitcoins. And so he get the 25.00000 Bitcoins to the adress and he try it to sell as solo minning coins.

After some Users see it and write about it he close the thread. It is not the first time that he make this litle jokes to make a profit.

phantastisch should give him negative trust, he's a mod so he should be on the default trust list. the negative rating would be visible then.

It's yet not a scam. But it's yet many other bad thinks like breach of contract.

Candoo do nothing with his handle to de-escalation. He troll use and he deliberate provocation use with his handle and he lough on use if we have quostions. And he don't answer clear our quostoins.

As long as he is willing to pay back funds, even if he requires identification, I don't think you can label him a scammer. It sounds more like a miscommunication about the terms of the agreement.

This is one reason people need to be very careful with bitcoins. They are irreversible. Once you give them to somebody else, that's it. You should be very sure you trust whomever you give them to. You should also be very sure you understand all the terms of any deal.

As for editing threads I don't think that's appropriate if the threads are not his and he is only doing it to benefit himself. If there is a complaint about his moderator role that's different, and I'm sure could be resolved somehow.

Candoo had delete and edit many posts. The new group buy leader too.
Candoo had a back buy garantie (with a discount) for the shareholders. In any time and he want pay back in 14 days if somebody want give the shares back.

If Candoo do not had the back buy garantie then he never had sold so many shares. Becouse the last change of the contract and the change of the ownership is very bad for the shareholgers becouse he give to a unknow member the leadership and the back buy garantie runs now 14 days out.

Some people want use the rebuy garantie but candoo don't pay out all people. And candoo want pay out the people with a bank transaction and not with bitcoins. He want have from the people the adress and the full name.
Some peoplo (who he like say he) pay he out in Bitcoins. But the other people only with a bank transaction. Candoo say that he need the name and adress that nobody get two times the pay back for the rebuy garantie. But other germen member say, that he need the name and adress from the people to reduce the tax in germany.
