i have 6 saphire overclock edition dual X r9 280x ... al have fan problem , some noisy , some low rpm , fan need to be replace in short by custom one or water block or on ebay they sell oem for 35$ will take 15ltc for each card shipped usa or canada , card will be ship from canada , i have one for sale on ebay so you can see am for reel( 714 feedback on ebay 100% +) , factory warranty should be valid but saphire RMA is pain in the ass and would be easier to pay 35$ for new fans vs shipping to saphire and wait weeks and weeks...
PM me with any offer i also have several mining rig i can sell complete or in part from custom frame , mb cpu mem SSD PSU etc...
