The raffle will end when all slots are full.   Once the slots are full, a block will be chosen.   Once that block is mined, the last 2 characters of the block hash will be used to determine the winner.

Does the raffle have a specific end time?

I know that, i guess i was teasing, sort of 
I am very tempted to try my luck at this one but it's a little rich for me this week, maybe if it doesn't fill up for another couple of weeks i will splurge on a ticket, got to be in it to win it!

A close eye will be kept on the bitcoin price. If there are major changes, the price will be reconsidered. It will remain the same for now though

It doesn't make sense for him to do that.    He can likely get 2 BTC for this at auction.   I imagine that's the route he will go if this doesn't fill.

Maybe i suggest a little adjustment in the ticket price will bring some extra players in

I can see through that it's the gold one. Besides, both canary and miffman are both trustworthy and would not pull something like that for 2btc. Also, no it is not loaded with 1 BTC.

An example of a win:

Then someone in group 1 will win, because the second last digit is 4 (and people in group 1 can have the second last digit be 0-7) and then the person in group 1 holding slot 0 will win.
