That's not usually how I do these raffles.. People buy tickets, if we halt in the sale I offer up a special promo to get it rolling etc. :/
So people who step up early to help gain traction on the raffles could be at loss? I personally don't think that's fair for raffles. haven't seen any raffles at all doing that in past 3-4 months I have been here..
I'm not quite sure how you would end up being at a loss? I made the offer to help get the raffle going, I didn't expect you to take 8 tickets to begin with just as I didn't expect someone to take the last 8 tickets so swiftly either.
I've probably held 200+ raffles here at the forum over the last 2 years and I've always done it this way. If you really feel like you'd be at a loss I guess we'll figure something out once the raffle has concluded. It is never under any circumstances my intention to make anyone feel fooled and to be honest with you this bummed me out.
