Unfortunately, I believe it would be best if I cancelled this and refunded those who have paid for slots.

With the recent controversy over SN stuff, and lack of interest once that post shined a light, any thought on rolling as is? If the block lands on an empty spot you retain the coin(s). If filled, winner gets appropriate block winnings as described in OP. I would be fine with that, but I know you and the others with spots would need to chime in. I just don't know if this will fill any more 

I have not been keeping up with the other thread regarding compromised keys. What's the TLDR?

In light of the ongoing controversy on snarfbag's thread, regarding a potentially compromised key, I believe it may be best, unless instructed otherwise, that I cancel this raffle and issue refunds to those who have paid for entry.

Glad to see your raffle 2stout, im bit confused with your draw the winner. Do you assume hash blockchain always on track 0with 19 times? based reference raffle :

How if block 621418 come on future round? (000000000000000000106cfc0a016308058c6dbf01b6711164bf8e9b2b2fda7b). hash has 0 for 18 times. number 1 as order 19, then 0 as order 20.
I though the base idea if you fixed the number order if you would keep with first character draw or change it be last character always.

How this will work:

Choose an available spot(s) from the list below and post your selection + txID as a reply in this thread. Once all spots are taken and entries paid for, I will select 4 future mined blocks and use the hash of those blocks to determine the winners.  The 1st block I select will determine 2 winners as the last and next to last characters will chose the winners.  The first random character of the 2nd block I select will choose the 3rd winner and the last character of the 3rd & 4th blocks I select will chose the 4th and 5th/last winner.  Note, it is possible for a ticket to win more than once.
