Once all tickets are taken (and paid for) we'll select 6 blocks that will be mined in the future and use those to determine the winners. The last character in the hash of those blocks determines who wins a ticket to the Raffles. First two blocks for the Main Raffle tickets and the last 4 blocks for the next raffleception tickets.
