So I didn't have my wallet address present because I have a crazy ass ex that literally burned every piece of paper I owned, notebooks, scratch pads, all of my "prospect books"..... (I seriously wish I was kidding about this), so I generally was entrusting my shit to my laptops and my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Well, I had recently moved from Kali Linux as my OS on my main laptop with all my seed phrases saved in a file, (which I had no need to access for nearly a year) for my access only. Yeah, I f'ed up and forgot to snag that file from the drive before completely sterilizing the entire thing. In my frustration, I literally shattered my phone screen, which was the only other access point that I had to get into my wallets, bank accounts, stocks, etc.

I want to believe you're not trying to make this look more of a scam accusation thread, there's one thing you need to have understand with some of these gambling platforms you're seing, people just don't use them like that until they have assurance of things that they need to know about them but while making their research, about you speaking with their manager or supervisor, they can't allow for that because that's the reason why there's escalation request.
Its all 100% factual. I maybe deposited $100 bucks on the site in total, and I was gambling, so I mean, even if I wouldn't have been approved for a withdrawal, I was gambling, so it is what it is. The Op already confirmed that the issue with the seed phrase has been resolved, you know that there are a lot of people despite being warned not to store their seed phrase or private key in their devices or a software that uses the internet they still don’t obey and I’m guessing that’s what happened in the case of the Op, he probably has then sees in his device that was broken and because of that he could not access his wallet before he finally got it back.
Btw, Op I have made a little correction to the link I added in my post above, that was not the link I was supposed to give you. And don’t forget to keep us updated on the progress of the withdrawal.

So you're saying that their 7-day withdrawal policy already existed before, and you continue using their service, or has it changed just recently? Why would you continue to use them if the former is true though? Do they give you tons of tournaments that outweigh the obvious cons?
