so is there any update? Have you finally got your withdrawal? also, waiting more than 18 hours in order to be able to speak to their support is extremely ridiculous. I would not have that much patience to wait that long to speak to their support.

Smething that confuses me the most is that there are thousands of popular online casinos that you could’ve used but you choose the “Unknown” one. They are even commanding you to wait till 27th, what a joke!
He says that he was able to withdraw in the past successfully, personally i think it was a trick to lure him to deposit higher amounts of money.... Read his comment here

I have a buddy that has been on their site for quite some time now and he insisted I join them, plus the tournaments aspect that they offer was nice since its a chance at free money if ya win (which I have won and I have cashed out on their site before, without any issues.)

He's never had an issue. But as of late, their wait time for customer support is astronomical, the help is little to nothing, etc.

This forum has excellent SEO and is well indexed on Google... Roll Eyes a scam is a scam, if a service want to scam they will do it regardless Sad and we have seen a lot of it during the past.

but I wonder, does it make sense for a site to scam such ridiculous amounts?
in practice it is as if they were buying a negative marketing campaign!

OP I hope that everything will be resolved, certainly thanks for highlighting this problem of yours...

In my opinion, if you see delays etc etc... send a link to this discussion asking to reply publicly and explain their point of view/what is the main issue... or/meanwhile ask for support in an "arbitration" between users and gambling sites...

UPDATE:
I still have yet to receive my withdrawal, and I have consistently bugged them daily, to the point that this woman named Mila who is a customer support agent on their site commanded that I wait until Wednesday, December 27th, 2023 before asking them about my withdrawal. They have stuck to their guns as I have been ignored by every single customer support agent "working" each day. I was number 29 the other day while I waited to speak to them, and 18 hours later I was still number 8. ElOhEl. I hope I can take this withdrawal and be done with them, but it isnt looking too promising.

Hopefully today will come with my withdrawal. Lets hope something happens.

I promise you this is a very true issue I am experiencing. Its rather annoying. I've deposited money on their site, but this withdrawal was won on free spins, so I was expecting them to be defiant to some degree in regards to paying me out what I rightfully won, but JEEEEEZ, this is just ridiculous at this point. I just did a quick search on “ragingbullslots.com” on ninjastic.space and it turned out that you’re the only user that has a made a post that contains this info,,, they actually don not have an Announcement thread here in Bitcointalk neither do  they have a representative here in this forum, so it will be difficult for you to get an actual solution to your problem just by creating this thread (if what you wrote is true).

So I’d advice you take your case to https://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint/payment-delayed and let them know the issue that you’re currently facing they should be able to help you get in touch with the casino for confirmation as to why they have been playing around with your withdrawal.
None of us said that you are not telling the truth here but the problem is that there is no representative from that site to this forum so by all means we cannot help you reaching out the team , but what you did great here is to let the forum know about the existence of this site and yes to warn everyone to never deal with this casino.
like what others dig in that the site is completely scam and sadly you become another victim , also sad that for thousands if not million gambling site that exists yet you end up dealing with this site?

Op Frankly speaking even your story is awkward and it looks odd because how can you say you don't have your wallet address and also forgotten where your seed phrase is. This your story doesn't please me at all. I know that you are not telling a lie because telling a lie with this story here like this will not benefit you in anyway. But the story doesn't look good. And since they have given you a feedback then you have to wait for the time to see if the withdrawal will be successful. Just calm down and wait.
So I didn't have my wallet address present because I have a crazy ass ex that literally burned every piece of paper I owned, notebooks, scratch pads, all of my "prospect books"..... (I seriously wish I was kidding about this), so I generally was entrusting my shit to my laptops and my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Well, I had recently moved from Kali Linux as my OS on my main laptop with all my seed phrases saved in a file, (which I had no need to access for nearly a year) for my access only. Yeah, I f'ed up and forgot to snag that file from the drive before completely sterilizing the entire thing. In my frustration, I literally shattered my phone screen, which was the only other access point that I had to get into my wallets, bank accounts, stocks, etc.

I need a vacation.

Its all 100% factual. I maybe deposited $100 bucks on the site in total, and I was gambling, so I mean, even if I wouldn't have been approved for a withdrawal, I was gambling, so it is what it is. The Op already confirmed that the issue with the seed phrase has been resolved, you know that there are a lot of people despite being warned not to store their seed phrase or private key in their devices or a software that uses the internet they still don’t obey and I’m guessing that’s what happened in the case of the Op, he probably has then sees in his device that was broken and because of that he could not access his wallet before he finally got it back.

Btw, Op I have made a little correction to the link I added in my post above, that was not the link I was supposed to give you. And don’t forget to keep us updated on the progress of the withdrawal.

I had just broken my phone and did not have the ability to provide the address as I couldnt find my seed phrase to open the wallet on my computer (I have resolved this issue now.) I provide the address the next day, to which they state that they are escalating my withdrawal for approval ASAP. This was back on the 14th of December.

I requested a withdrawal on the 25th of November, and it was a valid withdrawal amount. A measly $200 withdrawal in BTC. It is 7-10 days for approval, and then 7-10 BUSINESS days for them to actually send the withdrawal, which is ASTRONOMICAL and absolutely ridiculous. So, I bide my time, and on the 10th day, I reach out to them requesting an update as to where my withdrawal is. They inform me that I need my BTC address to verify the withdrawal, I find this very odd at this moment.

I had just broken my phone and did not have the ability to provide the address as I couldnt find my seed phrase to open the wallet on my computer (I have resolved this issue now.) I provide the address the next day, to which they state that they are escalating my withdrawal for approval ASAP. This was back on the 14th of December.

They told me to check in by Tuesday for my withdrawal. So I contact them today, and ask where the withdrawal is, because upon looking at my transaction record, they denied my $200 withdrawal, then did two manager withdrawal requests of $100 each, one was denied and one was approved. They inform me after waiting nearly an hour that it will be 7-10 BUSINESS days from today until I receive my withdrawal.

they only work M-F 8a-4p. I requested speaking with a manager, and Maggie Nicholson (the customer support "specialist") tells me that no managers are available and they're in a meeting for another half hour and to try back then.

Any advice?
