Have you tried to download the latest wallet version? It would really remain pending because you havent still sync your wallet and download the entire data. Once you finished syncing those xrb will surely arrive on your wallet no matter what. Theres nothing to be worried about. I have experienced this thing in the past when i still engaging on xrb but now i completely stop.

Are you using the wallet from Telegram though? I had been claiming them before too but then I stopped because no matter how I claim the Mrai's the XRB amount showing on my laptop when claiming is still zero. I had been having problems with how I can see the claims I've made but when I ask for help usually they ask for payment for their service.

I had this very same issue when I first started out clicking faucets and collecting mrais. Whenever I used an old version it status was always in red synchronizing and never ending. Once I installed latest versions problems was always solved for me, so I think you need to always download the latest version of the wallet.

You dont need to be worried about this much. The Mrai wallets always have sync issue irrespective of the versions. For me, its stays in sync status even for 2 days but when it sync fully, i get all the coins which i claimed in faucets.

Also a new wallet version was released, the old one had syncing problems which this one should fix.
And I also confirm, it shows pending until your wallet is synced and then you'll see the amounts there.

the balance will still be in pending mode until you fully sync your wallet. syncing the wallet takes some time specially when you have slow/poor internet connection. raiblocks is already listed in crytopia, so you should use their deposit address when claiming rai so wallet sync will not be your problem anymore
