Burst has a similar implementation of using DAGS borrowed from the IOTA project but it will not be on the base chain, but off the chain like Lightning in BTC, leaving the base chain pure and clean.
The Proof of Capacity Consortium has been working hard at it for several months now. You can check their progress on their Github.

The only Coins that i know of that are "somehow" similiar to XRB(NANO)
are IOTA and Radixdlt (does that project still exist?).
