Yeah this could be a very nice idea if they have an alternative site just as others did. Though people need to be extremely cautious of the site because there could be clone or a something that would lead to the fake site without having to access through the main site. Like I know many gambling site frown using VPN to access their platform and could make it very hard to access their site when there is to be a huge winning or a huge withdraw.

At first, after reading your above lines, I was ready to open an account on the rakebit and thinking that booking such a huge offer of 300 free spins would not be a bad idea.

That's the thing, it's still too early for the codes to just run out but maybe the hunters are already taking them. OP should be more specific about code bonuses with certain conditions to be more fair, especially in claims by users who can give feedback in this thread.

Well, let me be clear, I have not gone through the list of countries they restrict, but I do live in Nigeria and I visited the casino yesterday, it opened without any form of warning whatsoever, and sign up was successful even though the bonus code refused to work.

300 FS is a lot because usually casinos only give a maximum of 100FS for their promotions, so I suspect they have reached the limit that's why you get a notification like that, but rakebit casino representatives can answer accurately.

There seems to be nothing wrong with typing the bonus code if it is capitalised. There are probably only 2 possibilities that the bonus code is disabled or has met the limit. As for me can't even register because it is in a restricted area.

Yeah, a single support agent will not be able to know everything from head to toe. Support agents do have some sort of hierarchy, as well, so not everyone will have access to the same level of information/perms. Pretty much why it's an industry standard to transfer some cases to a different department/agent who knows better which would have been a better approach in this case, on a second thought.

Yes they may claim to be VPN friendly but I'm sure this is applied for those who can play or who are accepted legally by the terms (not from the restricted/banned countries).

Tried it but same to you the code is not working during the sign up as it was tagged as invalid code. I registered without a code to check whether there’s a redeem code feature inside but I don’t find anything that will use to redeem the code so obviously the assigned code for Bitcointalk is still not active at this moment.

Let’s give them a couple of time to thinks and let’s show how worthy to promote their project on Bitcointalk community.

Aside from signature campaign, they can start their promotion for a simple giveaway or contest in the game and rounds board. Giving exclusive bonus for Bitcointalk user to create an account and deposit is good way too for introductory promotion here aside from signature campaign.

It is not unusual for their to be a bit of a disconnect between support and the rest of the team. Some companies work in shifts so the support member working at the time may not be in the loop for the entire operations at the time. This is not ideal but is the case for many casinos and non casino brands too.

Most affiliate marketing posts can be identified very quickly, this one does not have any of the usual markers they have.

Upon research there's information shown that this casino is VPN friendly so I assume they allowed people to use that tool. But for more safety and get accurate information about this they should try to ask the support about this situation and try to ask if they are allowed to used VPN. If they give clearance and allow people to use that to avoid restriction then its good to continue, but if they discourage  people to do it then better move on and find another casino.

If our country is on the restriction/banned list, using VPN will just lead us into problem sooner or later because it means that we are breaking the terms of the casino.
Do not even try to use VPN at any casinos where our country is listed on the restriction list, however, I'm curious it is rare to find our country is on the restriction list.
Most other crypto casinos are not blocking our country but this one seems to be different, I'm not sure if it is their own regulation or it comes from the license.
