No its not better to use all channels its going to tune down DRAM freq.

Maybe read some basic Ryzen oc guides and than read Ryzen DRAM oc/timings guides.
Also your oc is mostly unstable cuz you need major air flow on this mobo to overclock a 3900x.

Now i Read this:
DDR4 Memory Is Limited to about 4000-6000H/s per Channel.
Depending on Frequency and Timings .

Is it better to use 4 ram Modules ?

And where i Can find good frequency and Timing ?

Yes they reach this performance with tuned memory settings.
Also CL16 DRAM which one, 3200 3600, 4000 MHz? Listed in QVL ?
I'm running a Ryzen 7 3700x, same mobo 16GB cl14 3200 DRAM with fast settings, 8kh/s without overclocking.

Well CPUs are the same as GPUs , that you could be unlucky and receive CPU which gets unstable when you overclock it. Not every chip is identical.

What is the motherboard you are using? I got a 3900 and looking to test the randomX. So I need to get one compatible motherboard. I read that if we need to use all 12 cores then may be x570 is preferred. Is that so?
