I want to see the judge and ask what happened with the sentence.  I think that doing an inhumane act like rape should be punished a longer year in prison.  Maybe that rapist become good and was transformed that he was given a pardon because of his act inside the jail.  But still why they would release him?

This is just a bad post. It's like saying, "We shouldn't be outraged that a guy killed 5 people, because another guy killed 8." The logic, is just bad. How dare people be outraged that a rapist got out in 3 months? In all honesty it's creepy and makes me wonder why you're so put off that others are angry over a rapist only serving 3 months.

This kid, Brock, deserves to be locked up for a long time...and since he won't be, he deserves to be ostracized from his community. He got kicked out of Stanford for this crime and is now attending University of Dayton. If I were attending that school I'd be protesting his admission.

This is not definitely right. Just six months in prison for raped? This is ridiculous. Rapist took lives because most of the rapist killed their victims for their safety for the victim not to tell the police what really happened, and on the other side hacker don't took lives actually, they are more on destroying or fixing problem through virtual mode with good reasons or some good points, and yet their sentence if they get caught is either Life Sentence or Death sentence. Where's the right justice here?

Justice has not been served at this time.  He raped but in just six months his out again and could do it again.  What is wrong with the judges?  Is there no concrete evidence against him?  Where is his victim?  He must be the luckiest rapist in the entire world.   He must be very happy as he thinks that what he did shows that justice is on his side.

He didn't rape her, there was no kind of penetration. He was accused of sexual assault as he didn't fuck her.
Then they were both completely drunk and multiple people testified she was completely consensual leaving with him.
For the next part all we know is that they don't remember a thing (even the girl) and that he didn't penetrate her.

After a while the French Police sent him back to Japan.
Japan received him and set him free with no charges or any court case.

He did not even receive a mental assessment from the Japanese authorities.
He mentioned in the below video clip that he wished he had mental help but was never given any since the murder.

So they set him 100% free

Yup, very close. It was actually his father, he said it to the press, not to the judge, and the exact quote was, that his sentence was "A steep price to pay for 20 minutes of action". Stanford hasn't made a statement about this.

Is this the one whose parents sent the judge letters pleading to let him go. With such quotes as "A minute of action shouldn't ruin a person's life."

The real strength of government is in the common law. If the injured person brings a claim of harm or damage in Federal Court with a jury required, the guy will be judged by the jury.

Look it up in CORPUS JURIS SECUNDUM vol 25 section 344 - the famous law encyclopedia. Federal or U.S. courts are courts of record. This means that the "fight" is between the claimant, the wrongdoer, and the jury. The judge has no authority for anything other than to be referee. Not even the words of an attorney hold any meaning other than advisory. Government is restrained from interfering, by law.

Rape is wrong. Is it illegal?

If the rapist was not charged correctly, he might have been sentenced and served time, in a way that he could come back against those who sentenced him. The judge might have been protecting himself and the legal system by freeing the guy.

With all the knowledge about common law coming back into the open, the legal system needs to be careful how they do things. The particulars of this case won't be known until we read the case paperwork. If the judicial system did something wrong in its prosecution of the case, the rapist might be able to come back on the judge with a due-process case against the judge.

The guy can't be tried again for the same crime, but the victim can file a claim in court in a different way, and make it worse on the guy by ordering a jury trial. If the guy is truly guilty, the jury might give him 20 years.

Btw, the jury can override anything the judge does. Look it up. It is called jury nullification. When you look it up, it may not be given the strength that it legally has by the publication wherein you look it up. So, research it deeply.
