It is a fork of Bitcoin Core, so it is not developed by Bitcoin Core developers. Software forks obviously contain code written by the developers of the software they have forked from, and they may pull in later upstream code, but that does not mean that the software is written by those upstream developers. It is up to the developers who created that fork to make sure that their software is working. Furthermore, forking software will have differences from the upstream software so any questions about a fork should be directed at those who work directly on it, not the upstream developers.
Ok thank you for your detailed explanation.I have to check their discord then but most probably my wallet.dat got corrupted and the --salvage option did not recover anything, nor the 5 options in the wallet repair tab of the wallet so I deleted the new version and continuing with the old one.
I don't care much about that 2600 coins lost as they are a mere 5 dollars for the market value of today but who knows what their value can be further ahead,I can replace them in just 2 months of mining so lesson learned, never put two wallets in the same partition as nasty sh*t will happen.
