I have the same equiment, printer and raspberry pi, Il try to make something today 
Does it print laminated labels? This is fairly important because it will increase the life of the wallet.
This system could be used together to make a small BTC ATM system..

Is anyone able to write a system to auto generate paper wallets (like piper)?
I have been struggling to get the labelwriter to work but think this could be a good project.
Might post a small bounty is anyone is able to do this in a simple way.
