India and bitcoin regulation is a neverending story, same as in Russia
whenever I read an article about India or Russia in regards to cryptoregulations I just shrug-ah they are at it again
I bet even if it is adjourned until tomorrow and as the article says it is not only RBI-Bitcoin case is adjourned but every case
we won't see the end of it come tomorrow, this will be postponed with no definite decision pro or con
I hope I'm mistaken and India becomes yet another country to make bitcoin legal ,but it is very unlikely

If we speak the Law, it will be very difficult to discuss. The procedure of the law will certainly be very complicated, plus it must have strong evidence so that it can be considered legal. there is a slight inconvenience, it will hamper the law, as is the case in India. hopefully it can be quickly resolved and the results are good.

Japan and South Korea is the leading market for crypto so I doubt that decision of RBI will have significant effect on the ecosystem as a whole. There are also reports that no research backing RBI's move to ban cryptocurrencies was circulating around, so probably they just having their sweet time reviewing it thoroughly. Besides they anticipates shift to P2P crypto trading, so its business as usual for our fellow bitcoin enthusiast from India.

Once more the court case of RBI Cryptocurrency has been adjourned and this time the reason is quiet astounding due to long hearing of another case. There seems to be a major dilemma even in the eyes of law when it comes to bitcoin and in a more general sense cryptocurrencies. Although the case does only relate to India

What could this mean for the Asia market ?

India 🇮🇳 is a country where people think that crypto currencies are banned and owing a crypto here is illegal but according to notice of Reserve Bank Of India on april 3,2018, they strictly that that all the citizens of India have to withdraw their money from crypto within 3 months otherwise we will be responsible for our losses but they didn’t stated anything about owning a bitcoin, as they had banned all the Indian crypto exchanges so we Indian are not able to use Indian exchanges but we can use international exchanges with very ease and owning a crypto is not illegal in India.

We all know that bitcoin is a decentralised crypto currency and no such proper authentic regulating body regulate it but still it is been used in every place , after seeing that country India issued a notice on April 3 ,2018 that all the crypto investors have to withdraw their money from the crypto market within 3 months and after that they will be solely responsible for the losses then India has banned the crypto in the month of July but still people are able to use bitcoin but only through the international exchanges they had banned all the Indian crypto exchanges.
