As far as I know nordVPN should be compatible with openVPN client which is opensource and should be available for most devices. Even if you don't install their software or open VPN client you would have to setup the VPN, if it is your home network you could see to set up the router so all devices go directly thought VPN.

You can take a look at VPNs listed on this website: https://www.privacytools.io/#vpn (other than VPNs it provides good range of private tools/services you can use).

I have a small server with Vultr and it's a top-notch service (better and cheaper than digital ocean)

Vultr is a reputable hosting service, provides what you're asking for and also accept bitcoin. I have used them in the past and I have zero complains.

I use a lot of devices to browse my accounts but sometimes I need VPN which makes me check my email/phone several times.
I thought of buying Dedicated IP VPN from NordVPN and purevpn where I can check my IP address only once but it creates a problem that I need to install the software application on every device.
Now think about buying RDP dedicated IP which I expect to solve my problem.
What do you think, and what is the most reliable site to buy this service?(I do not need large hardware or high-bandwidth Internet only Dedicated IP)
