This makes absolutely no sense, if you're going to give someone paypal USD to 'borrow' some BitCoin to pay off some domain names or whatever you claim, why not just pay for domain renewal in USD in the first place?

@OP, where do you live? Bank -> Paypal is faster, it will take less than 8 days, and less than 5 if you are in the US. Why not just do that? Unless you are planning to sell the bitcoins for paypal, how are you going to pay back?

Hmm, yeah man, I dunno if you'll be able to fill this without collateral. A year ago .05 BTC would have been no problem, but with the recent run-up in USD exchange rate, people are going to be hesitant to do even fractional loans without being secured by an equal value asset. Good luck though
