Coin exchange was that a site of exchange or something? I never heard of it. Either way, that's not a proof to tell in here that you're account was intercepted.

Looks like OP is now part of those users who have bad experienced at using an exchange unless there is really a violation of terms. It really happened to any exchanges even to the reputable one. But there are reasons why exchanges blocked some account and that's the thing you need to know now.
To OP, thanks for the warning. I suggest to just keep on contacting the support until you gave up. No choice but to deal with their waiting of response time by them because you have no other choice. Hope that you will get a response as soon as possible.

Do you have accurate and further investigation(s) about this, seems like your lacking some proof. Did you abide from the rules and regulations of coin exchange or did you miss one? For further ado, please specify the website, the transactions and post this in the right section, scam/reputation section so that anybody can also have suggestions or awareness. Goodluck.
Hey...do not spread false accusation yet. Coinexchange is still cool from what I'm observing at the moment.
Are you sure you tried logging in through the proper website or you have gone through a phishing site. ? It even seem that the page you uploaded isn't the proper front login page for coinexchange because the bull symbol at the left side of your uploaded page is missing.
I think most site is adopting 2FA verification. And for coinexchange, when you are trying to login, a message is sent to your email where you click the confirmation link. It might require you to go over it again though but with patience and going through the security checks like capcha etc, you will eventually get in. Good luck to you.

can you show the ticket that you sent to the contact? I see not many people experience like you. If you want to use an exchanger you should first see the website rate carried by the exchanger. Scams via online are common so don't let you become the next victim they have blocked my account without any reason...
