I only brought up http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Pipe_Dreams as a warning to watch the legalities.
The operation was successful because they gave in and shipped to the wrong place. Moral of the story: Stay solid.
The niche itself is not a problem and is in fact a growing and legal industry in many places, just be sure you are aware of the laws and abide by them.
