Sounds good except the multiple tickets per user. I like that everyone has the same odds right now. If you can have multiple tickets, you screw over those nice same odds.

What if... The chosen btc block # hits the non-taken slot's, just use the next one(s) until a winner hits it? Or is that less fair in some way? I don't know. Are there enough prizes for all slots like your idea above? I'll stay in either way, just thinking out loud.
