Oh, no issues then. Yes, We can go with 2,000 PayTm but in such case, escrow is a must. I think the best escrow working here on bitcointalk is giving his service for free but still, we should honour his work by paying some tip. I will send you the details soon on a personal message.

I would also suggest OP using Localbitcoins escrow because it has quite a long and proven track record and most bitcointalk escrows would be-be comfortable with holding a payment processor they don't know. Also, you have less chance of getting scammed by the escrow himself.
