What could S.DICE realistically sell out for? And, at what price is it more prudent for a buyer to just start his own operation?

The brand name tho, I think that is worth some money. Especially for a casino trying to gain some exposure / maybe draw attention to their fondness for the new digital poker chip.
We are talking about an industry that spends billions on advertising. Hell I remember a grilled cheese sandwich selling to these guys for $30k ... S.DICE is a profitable gaming entity.
