Its been more than 1 year now and I havent heard of a concrete progress of this company when I was offered a shareholders account. The company on their side
talk about the core of their business like tourism, real estate, telecom, financial to name afew....What i heard only for that whole year is about resto and health drinks which are very far from what they are talking before. They should have annual financial statement of the company how they manage our money invested on it. Until now there is no talk about how far the company goes .....It seems that even the coin that they offer have been on the decline since then...Do u have financial adviser who would guide your business? For the interest of the investors, you have to be transparent on what you are doing in the last 2 years of your existence not only of those drinks.!!Hope I can hear something positive on you!!

I have a friend who's into this pseudo coin and warned her but she just won't listen. Thanks for sharing the article. Now I can share it with her too.

Glad I could be of assistance. These low life scumbags will eventually tarnish the crypto space if we don't do anything as a community to stop them. Here are a few youtube videos you can share with her.

Former YSLM (Monspace) CEO arrested afterwards company renamed to Monspace:
"Game over for `Future richest man’ Zhang Jian"

If people don't listen to me they will end up like these victims here:

Red Flags: No source code, no wallet, no information anywhere, no coin supply, no block explorer..  just bots in a trollbox promoting it as the next BTC
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/msd

well, even in the coinmarketcap does not have any relevant information about that currency, the site https://mymsdspace.com/landing/en is weird, their twitter account is not active, I did not find their thread here in the forum, maybe they do not have one ANN here in the forum, so why are they listed on Tidex? this is very suspicious

And to add, on the telegram of them they only have 1 member

Occam's razor: this simplest answer is usually the correct one. Tidex is in on the scam. According to some in the trollbox, their members paid $200 in fiat for 117 MSD that translates to $1.70 per coin. Also according to figures in the trollbox the total coin supply is somewhere between 30 billion and 4 trillion. To make matters worse, members in this MLM had their web wallets frozen until Oct 30th and are unable to move funds to the exchange. This is most likely to allow Tidex and Monspace executives to offload their holdings which have dumped the price from around 40k Satoshi to 300 Satoshi.

It boggles my mind that in 2017 an exchange is shameless enough to add this shitstain to their portfolio. Listing standards have been established over the years to prevent traders from being scammed. Tidex decided to choose greed over common sense. I wouldn't be surprised if this exchange is shutdown in the near future for their part in this investment scheme.

Bottom line is stay away from Tidex and unfortunately Waves by association since the owner of Tidex is the founder of Waves.

Tidex is confirmed to be supporting this scam. They are banning anyone in the trollbox who try to warn others about it. Beware of Tidex and beware of MSD. As stated earlier, the founder of Tidex is also the founder of Waves. Whatever that means for Waves, it can't be good.

I was introduced to the Tidex.com exchange while looking for an exchange to list Boolberry after it was delisted from Poloniex and Bittrex without justification.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/poloniex-to-delist-17-altcoins-in-may-without-explanation

Tidex itself seems to be a legit exchange with decent volume, nice interface, active support and backed by the team at Waves project. Apparently the same founder of Waves is the founder of Tidex. Unfortunately, they have a listing there for MSD. After being constantly bombarded in the trollbox by MSD bots I looked into the company behind MSD, "Monspace" and soon it became clear it was an MLM marketing coin similar in design to Onecoin.

Youtube search reveals "Mike Thomas" self described "grand father of cryptocurrency" whatever the fuck that means. Most likely an actor hired to promote the scam to their own local market.

I can't stand this type of low life scum coming into the crypto scene to further their operations. In the end, it gives crypto a bad name and brings down unnecessary regulation.

It's best to spread this information around as quick as possible before anymore people get scammed. I hope Tidex does the right thing and delists this abomination. One would think an exchange backed by the waves project would think twice before listing this shitstain of a project. Crypto is an experiment in self regulating free markets, without exposing these things before they get bigger it only opens the door for further regulation.
