Sticking to that model, I appreciate that.
I also noticed that Meni mentioned when the clause was first introduced it was based over the last month, not the last 2 weeks.

I am also curious about other models of wrapping up people may think have better merit.

If written from scratch for a mining company like my offering (not a bond)
what would be the absolute best clause, in your opinion.
If it is no longer profitable, liquidating seems the best plan of action.
I am curious about the best plan of action should I want to take the company private, or as Meni mentioned, retire.
