Try contact BadBear with your case. Not sure if he will reinstate it though. Do you own the account or are a dev of the coin? Sometimes threads can be transferred over to a new user, though not sure in this situation.
Was it banned or has the owner lost access to it?
It was banned about 6 months ago for a giveaway thread I think. But its really important now.

Vertcoin's forum thread really needs its main account re-activated so that the thread's OP can be modified and updated to reflect current situations.
