PS. Sorry for my English this thread is intended for newbie's. Base on my experience they should interact here first before any other sections.
This is important to increase the Bitcointalk opportunity to improve posts.
There are many activities we can do to help the Forum improve reading / posting skills.

1. Developing Reading Interest does not have to be in the Forum outside it can,
2. Provide the best Forum Example,
3. Running the Forum System to be clear,

Meta is a good section to be sure, but beginners and help should be your first stop.  Meta is mostly forum politics which wouldn't be of much interest to most newcomers anyway unless they're looking to troll for merits.

Why in meta and not in the beginner's section?

i know that there are many papers to read here from the start after having  Bitcointalk account and to be honest at first i do not read and just do some scanning here in the meta section now that seem that i have some knowledge about cryptocurrency and had some enlightenment with the technicalities from having a digital wallet to the crypto market or exchange and now i am looking back at the corner where one should read first before anything else. The meta section should not be skipped to get more knowledge. I had came back here and do some readings with good updates with rulings and those members that are known in this forum. I do start to know them here in the meta section.
