Regarding FinCEN compliance, we are currently in the process of registering.  We have developed an AML/KYC program that meets the standards and regulations of FinCEN and will be continuing to update these policies as more regulatory clarity is provided.  We are also currently speaking to multiple lawyers with experience in Compliance and the Bitcoin space. 

I'm very intrigued with this service.  Will be watching this thread for future announcements and I'll be taking a look at the site.
