How someone can identify real or plagiarized whitepaper?

You can identify it by try to copy their content 1-2 paragraph or a page to google search or plagiarism checker . If you find many bold sentence on google search or it shows plagiarized on plagiarism checker, you can visit the sites to compare it yourself. But, if you're lazy you can use plagiarism comparison to identify how many % both/multiple text are plagiarized.

I recommended to compare it yourself because I have saw many whitepaper usually do spinning text to avoid plagiarism.

A whitepaper without plagiarism can be publish only content writer needs to be paid a few $. Please explain on this did not get how content can decide a project?

We can't deny the fact that there are some really good scammers, Good in technical and also in creating unique ideas, Why not just make it a real project right? It is a waste of talent. I encounter one before Good website interface with https, and really good whitepaper not plagiarized. It is a flawless scam plan, When it is listed on the exchange it reaches a high price, and then everything went wrong the team is gone, it is an exit scam. All we can do is minimize those risks. I prefer to trust projects that have partnership on high reputation projects to be safe but verify the partnership legitimacy first.

The sites point, I think what @OP mean is to recheck domain name of the sites before click and visit. Mostly victim of fake websites because they don't do this, when they find a website from search engine they just click it because they think if that site will be the original.

Deception - a way/manner practised to fool people.
Impersonate - mimicking/behaving like the real thing falsely to gain-

Day in day out fake programs are created having -name look alike- or any other resemblance to something real. But with good screen we can be good.
Try some of this

ORIGIN: a real cryptocurrency Coin, project, related sites has a clear origin, a credible founder,
you can search for the by originator of a real program and get a clear picture, but its cloudy over the name of a fake program owner. A fake program progress is almost usually package to be catchy

THE DEV'S: just like the name developers this guys develops/organise the program the are also the brain box, they are technically good with education or maybe experience to there names

Ethereum devs for example

Our primary core devs are:

  • Vitalik Buterin → Inventor of Ethereum, protocol developer and researcher
  • Gavin Wood →Lead C++ developer
  • Jeffrey Wilcke → Lead Go developer

A fake program developer can be technically good or have experience but they are not known for there credibility or reputation

THE SITE: just because you searching for a program should not make you take/follow any site you find. Also dont download apps -like wallet- on play store is better download by following it through their original site. To add to this routinely update the app/site version outdated version can be opened to phising. You can ask question to know the true site of programs or projects

REAL USE AND REAL VALUE: bitcoin ethereum and real crytocurrency all have real use and real worth/values. The fakes is your like a picture -good for the eyes but can't be used in real or don't have value/worth-

RECOMMENDED: others past experience with the program/project is something to go by, you can search what others has to say about it. Good recommendation or bad recommendation from a good number of people serves as good tool to work with.

PROMISES AND TASKS: A Real bitcoin wallet for example can not promise or give you free or gifted lofty sum of bitcoin the wallet or promise you to become a "billionaire" in a short by doing tasks. Yes there is faucets, airdrops, crypto gambling site freebies, bounties but the amounts are not usually lofty in a short time. the fakes can do all this.

Don't have a myopic view when choosing, and question asking is top amongst all things when trying to know the fake from the real.
Always stay safe.
