Ways to avoid scams :
1. (good) : Do research about project, their development team, website and about their application in real world before working for them and also read their whitepaper.
2. (better) : Avoid joining bounty campaigns at all Smiley

This forum is built with soul purpose of sharing knowledge, updates and experience about crypto world and not with the view of earning through bounty campaigns or promotion.

P.S. Where money is involved, there are scams !

Right. I see what you mean, and my advice is useless to him. I should have checked his posts before replying to his thread.

Cases of "potential or confirmed" scam can’t be moderated, so managers/admins don’t control the expulsion of competitors and campaign management "a central forum."

Before you start investing, you should do research and do not join any campaign until claim to have access to your payment if you do not violate campaign rules.

Lol. Bounty spammers have demands now.

But you can impose certain kind of terms on bounty campaign Lister
How about restrictions on bounty spammers like yourself? You could start by no longer thinking of this as "work".
A forum isn't meant to give you free money for spamming.

But I do like your suggestion: let's close the entire altcoin board! That should be enough of a restriction to stop all fake ICOs.

It's not always easy to tell what campaign is real and what is fake. Especially at the beginning they may look the same. And it is not up to the admin to estimate the validity of the campaigns. For example, if Ethereum doesn't care what kind of ERC-20 tokens run on its blockchain, what right has this forum to do so?

In addition, from what I've seen, there are very active users of this forum who try to fight scam actively. Just take a look at the Scam Accusations board, and you will see what I mean. But, at the end of the day, each participant has to do their due diligence before joining a campaign as well.

Another useful thing is to pay attention to the campaign's manager. If the manager is prominent member of the community, your chances of getting paid at the end are considerably higher.

I suggest to try to follow the campaigns of these anti-spam bounty managers.

Do your own search. There are at least 5 new bounties/shitcoins being released per day. You don't expect the mods to do all the work for you and moderate them, right? This is a Bitcoin forum, meant for discussions about Bitcoin. Be happy that you can do your bounties and never really contribute with anything to the forum because in all other forums you would probably have been banned already for being a leecher.
