I don't think it's not allowed, but unless you can show some serious reasons to trust you, you won't succeed.

If you're serious (most Newbies who want money are not, so forgive me my scepticism), this could be interesting for you:

Never mind, reading through your post history, you joined today and now have dreams of hitting it off big striking it rich.
